Come join us for our next meeting, February 22 at Otter Cove in Old Saybrook.  The meeting will begin at 7:30.  This meeting is open to everyone and is a great time to come and check us out if you are interested in joining.  New members are welcome anytime of the year.

We have started the planning of our spring fundraiser, which will be May 5th at the Lyme Art Association.  We would love your help! Come help us plan a great Derby Party.

The Lyme-Old Lyme Junior Women's Club is a non-profit organization that was established in 1965 and gives women the opportunity to be more involved in their community!   Our members volunteer their time, talents and resources to help make their community and surrounding areas a better place.

This is an exciting year for our club.  Our first general meeting of the year was held in September.  We received  $150,000 from the town of Old Lyme for our Love Your Playground Project and our club has raised over $45,000.  We are thrilled to say the installation of the playground at Cross Lane is almost complete! We have a few final touches and are working on installing a beautiful fence around this new handicap accessible playground.   We will have a grand re-opening celebration of the playground in the spring!

If you are new and want to see what we are all about, please contact us for details at loljrwomensclub@gmail.com..  New members are always welcome, any time of the year, from all surrounding communities.  We have some fun  things planned for the fall, come check us out.
