Each year, the Lyme-Old Lyme Junior Women’s Club sponsors scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are full-time residents of Lyme or Old Lyme. The number of scholarships is determined in June, based on a percentage of the proceeds of our annual fundraising art show.  Past awards have ranged from $500 to $1,000. The winning recipient(s) will be chosen on the following criteria:  

• The recipient must be a graduating high school senior and a full-time resident of Lyme or Old Lyme.

• The recipient must be accepted for admission to an accredited institution of higher learning.

• The recipient must have a grade point average of 75 or above.

• Evaluation of the award will be based on demonstration of service to the ccommunity.
